My car was dropped off at 8:15 in the morning and then was not ready until roughly 2pm for an oil change and regular check up. On top of everything, it took another TWENTY minutes...

Stead Jeep service 4/10/2014

My Jeep Wrangler had blown electrical circuit repaired here last summer. The same problem reappeared. The service techs at Stead replaced the same part at no charge an did further diagnosis to find that the blower motor was putting out excessive amperage. While I had to pay for the new blower this time, I was very pleased that Stead took the extra time to figure out what was actually causing it. Top notch techs and super friendly staff and advisors. Thanks! more

There may be Jeep dealers closer to Marin, but making the trip over to Walnue Creek is always worth the trip. FANTASTIC service each time - prompt with appointments - and done when they estimate it being done. Thank you! more

I recently purchased a 2007 Grand Cherokee and this was my first time taking it for service. My family has purchased cars from Michael Stead's WC Jeep for years so I thought I would take mine by here for a service. Pros: did what they say they would do, tuned up everything, working great - which is the most important piece in my opinion. Cons: PRICE, really expensive, and the other thing was that they they washed it but left soap all over the outside of the car when they returned it for me. They were in a rush to get it done and as a result, left my car looking like a mess on the outside. Not happy about that. more

Service Department is excellent 3/7/2014

I work nights , I had a problem withy 07 Ram 1500 , the service manager , Ray Ortiz , arranged to have my vehicle picked up the work done and dropped off at my home while I was sleeping and in order that I would have it to commute that night . more
