My car was dropped off at 8:15 in the morning and then was not ready until roughly 2pm for an oil change and regular check up. On top of everything, it took another TWENTY minutes...

Fixed my car at warp speed! 1/10/2014

I went in for an oil change. I had noticed a strange squirrelly sound that your service manager recognized as the water pump. Luckily there was one in stock so he had it replaced, the oil changed and tires rotated pretty quickly. Everyone was very nice also. Thanks! more

Just what I was looking for 11/21/2013

I went in to get my Jeep smog the only thing that was preventing it from passing was the gas cap Which I found amazing. The mechanic went out of his way and went to the local auto parts store and pick it up, to get it to pass that was above and beyond. Keep up the good work more

Nice and simple 11/18/2013

Had to get an oil change. I purchased my Mazda at a Chrysler dealership and some other places had issues running my VIN and getting my maintenance package but the finance lady at WC Chrysler was able to find it! Oil change went smoothly and I was in and out before my lunch break ended. more

Service fine, inspection charges unreasonable 11/18/2013

I thought the service was fine. The prices were not bad for a dealer. I needed brakes replaced and specifically went to the dealer because I also needed an airbag light checked. The inspection fee for the airbag light was going to be $150 even though I'd already guaranteed them my business for the brakes. I can understand if I were not already agreeing to have work done, but this feels like nickel and diming and thus I won't return. more

Indifference to concern multi-point inspection not done 11/9/2013

I took my vehicle in for a major service including a multi-point inspection. I later found the inspection form on the floor of my vehicle not filled out. I called the dealership and was quite unsatisfied with their response that "if our tech can't locate the form its recorded in the computer any way". When pressed for documentation, they finally sent me copy of the original on which they appear to have hastily checked of the items with no status of the item inspected indicated. Lousy customer service Kevin! more

Overpriced and no resetting change oil sign 10/24/2013

While it was great that I received a free car wash after my oil change. I had made an appointment for 8am, received my confirmation which wasn't in their system... No biggie. I asked about changing the transmission fluid in my jeep liberty and it was $200, everywhere else I called said around $180. So I declined and decided to get just my oil change for $40. Service was pleasant, but they DID NOT even reset my change oil sign. Later on that day I called the jeep dealership in concord to get my transmission fluid change for $180. Guess what their oil change was? $25! I wonder why the prices are higher at walnut creek. Definitely won't be back, mainly bc I go to a jeep dealership to change my oil bc they can rest my change oil light/sign, but they didn't. more
