Corrected their own mistake without fuss 1/28/2014

I feel more comfortable taking my Chrysler to Chrysler as not all mechanics are that familiar with them. I had a very extensive expensive service done, 50,000 miles, and the very next day the engine warning light goes off and I was afraid to drive my car. Took it back and they had forgotten to reset some sensor or something. So it cost me extra inconvenience but they didn't charge me. But they should be more careful. more

I had several items to get worked on. Two were pretty straight forward but the service light was on and it concerned me. They found the cause , fixed it and had the car ready for me the next day. more

Debugging PT Cruiser 1/26/2014

Well, it took 3 weeks over the holiday period (so subtract 4 working days), and they had no computer error codes to help point to the problem; but through perseverance they found my Cruiser's problem. My chariot is back in business! Thanks. more

My 2009 Dakota gets world class service from WC Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I plan to keep this vehicle for the next 20 years and it looks like this dealer will help me do so in an affordable manner. They are very helpful, have suggested only needed repairs and always exceed my expectations. more

I would never go back to this dodge. I wish i was able to put no stars.Made an appointment at 8am for a simple oil change, received my vehicle back at 5pm. Had no car all day, I do not think a oil change takes 8 hours to do. more
