Over and above customer service 9/4/2013

I dealt with Chris, Jason, and Dan, all of whom went above and beyond to figure out the precise issue with my MINI Cooper so the repairs were specific and kept my costs as low as possible. I can't say enough about their willingness to go the extra mile, do research, whatever it takes. I've been taking my vehicles to them for as long as they've been in business for a reason. Very clean, very courteous, never try to push extra services on you, but will make suggestions. We usually have our vehicles inspected at the Cascades location because of the convenience (very close to our home), and we like the way we are treated. more

Honesty Appreciated 9/3/2013

I went in with a Sensor for a low tire, and rather than raking me over the coals the service personnel reset the sensor, checked all tires and deemed it a false positive. I have been driving the car now for almost 2 weeks since and no return of the warning light. I left without a charge and I feel that this was the right thing for the company to do and not to try to get money for clicking a button on my car. I appreciate this and will definitely return to use them again as they have earned my trust. The only reason for the 4 star and not 5.. anyone can always do better... but they have earn my future business for sure. more

I have been coming here for years and every experience has been good except one where the manager had to get involved but everything got resolved. Highly recommend this store. However, It would be nice to get a better loyalty discount. more

Rare, long wait 9/1/2013

I am a regular customer of VA. tire, Cascades. Recent 10 a.m. appt. for new tires and alignment. Vehicle not ready until approximately 2 p.m....excessively long wait. However, this is a rare exception due to a problem with another vehicle in the shop. Representative apologized and utilized a $25.00 coupon to reduce the cost of my service. more

Great service and reasonable prices 8/29/2013

I was pleased to find out that Virginia Tire and Auto could fully service my Mercedes for a fraction of the cost of going to the dealer. They did an excellent job that also fulfilled the warranty recommended service. The entire process was very professional, efficient and cost effective. more
