Quick Battery change 12/11/2013

Our Hummer's original 7 year-old battery would no longer hold a charge. We jumped it and it limped on "reduced power" mode...about 10 MPH top speed...to VA Tire & Auto. They had a battery in stock and swapped it out in about 20 minutes. Problem solved...zoom, zoom. more

Great service, close to home 12/6/2013

Received coupon in mail and decided to check out Virginia Tire and Auto to see about purchasing a new battery for our 2004 Ford Ranger. The appropriate battery was not in stock and they had it delivered within 30-40 minutes from another store. We had our truck running that evening!! I will definitely return to Virginia Tire and Auto for future service! more

Honest and clear 12/6/2013

Brought my car in for a check engine diagnostic. They were quick and thorough and didn't try to upsell any other work. I brought it back in for them to complete the necessary repairs and they were again, quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend to a friend. more

I had an emergency flat tire on that dark, dark Algonkian Parkway and was so relieved to limp into Cascades Virginia Tire and Auto and leave in less than two hours with a new tire. The staff was friendly, competent and caring. more

Came in to have them fix a problem. After they checked the car they told me that it was covered by dealer warranty and that I should take the car to the dealer and save myself about $500. more
