I am always impressed with the level of service at VA Tire and Auto. We have trusted them for years now, and last weekend was just another example of why they will continue to get our business. I was given honest advice about what needed to be fixed on my car, and what I could wait on. They honored several coupons, despite the disclaimer that only one would apply.\r more

I went in to get all new tires and from the minute I walked in the team there was nothing but helpful. I've gotten work done here in the past and it's always been done with a smile and quickly. These guys always take the time to explain their evaluation in detail and I don't get the feeling they are talking down to me because I'm a woman. They will work to get me the best price they can and if I find a lower price else where they meet it if possible. The service is efficient and I love that they will give you a ride if you need it when dropping off your car.\r more

I had very good service and the special price with the coupon was a bonus. The only hiccup was when I called to ask how long it wouls take, they said it would take about 35 minute and I could wait. After I got there they wanted me to leave it and I came back to pick it up a couple hours later. Even with that I will still return for other service I may need in the future.\r more
