2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Oil Change 10/3/2013

I was told that my Jeeps oil change would take 35-45 minutes, so I took my other car for to run errands. A little after 2 hours it was finally done. Great staff and services available. more

Convenience - Good Service 10/3/2013

The staff is always very courteous and helpful; and having shuttle service to and from my office is a definite plus. I think some services might be a little pricey, but the convenience and service offsets that for the most part. more

Too long 9/30/2013

I cam in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me it would take 45 mins. I waited 90 mins. Then checked to see where my truck was. Another 5 mins and 5 mins to check out so it was 1:40. This made me late for another appointment. Just be straight about how long it will take. more

I called to make an appointment, and Peter said - come on over now if you have time - we can take care of you! It was late on a Saturday afternoon and I was able to come right over. Peter somehow knew who I was just walking in the door - and greeted me by name. I knew I needed a few more things besides the oil change - and the service team accommodated everything. It won't be my last visit to this Service company more

Y'all are alright 9/28/2013

Super easy. I had no idea what I needed, just that my stickers were expiring. The dude behind the counter made sure I got all the right stuff and somehow understood what I was saying to him which is cool because I sure didn't. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also the chairs were pretty comfy. Sorry I think I broke your Gumball machine which is lame because I really wanted gum. more

Good business. You have to kind of watch them because sometimes they recommend unnecessary services. Overall I have no reservations taking any of my cars there. more
