I love my new dentist Dr. Su! I was so impressed with her knowledge and felt so comfortable discussing my dental needs with her. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 5 yrs and was very embarrassed about how much I had negelcted my teeth. After meeting Dr. Su and her staff my fear and embarrassment quickly went away. They were so understanding and helpful. I left the office having a clear idea about what was needed and had a treatment plan already printed for me so I knew how much my insurance was going to help with my needed treatment. I recommend Dr. Su to everyone! She has such an amazing way of making you feel at ease! She was just what I needed and was waiting for! more

I have been going to Vetter Dental now for over 5 years. The doctors and staff there are wonderful and very gentle --especially with kids. The receptionists make every effort to accommodate my work schedule. They helped me understand my insurance benefits. They offer nitrous oxide to help with my dental phobia. You can even watch a movie with video goggles attached to an iPad while having your dental treatment done. This is a great office for the whole family!!! more

It's been 20 years since my last dental visit and let's just say I had quite a bit of work that I needed since my last visit as a teenager. My dr su was full of patience explaining the steps I would need to take. They accomedated my crazy work schedule and even let me watch a movie- it took a little bit to catch up but I am finally comfortable smiling! I couldn't be happier and now I will have beautiful teeth to show off at my class reunion! more

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Vetter Dental! Pam has always been very helpful to me with my insurance questions. The staff treats me like family.. I love it! My hygienist Vicki makes every appointment fun...I always leave with a smile on my face! I am so happy I found Vetter Dental and I recommmend this office to everyone! more

Dr. Mary Ann Vetter has been my dentist for more than twelve years. She and her entire staff have always been both professional and caring to me. The dental hygienists have educated my husband and I well- so we take good care of our own teeth! When I have needed a filling 'dental things' are explained, they offer you a movie or a blanket to be comfortable or give you a pause moment if needed. When my husband lost his dental insurance the front office/billing ladies have always taken the time to answer our finacial concerns and let us know the cost up front. The entire office is clean and the waiting room is welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! more

I love Vetter Dental! They are the friendliest bunch of girls there! They greet me with a smile as I come in the door and I always feel so welcomed. I have NEVER had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be taken back to my appointment. The girls are so professional and are ready to get started as soon as I am seated. This is a very organized office. I have never had any unpleasant surprises. Dr.Vernon and I are always on the same page and I know exactly what work/tooth she is filling and why. It is so nice to have a lady dentist you can communicate with...! I have been coming to Vetter Dental since it was over on Lilly Rd...back in the 90's and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I totally trust these dentists and have complete confidence in their work. I have always been happy with my fillings and cleanings. If you want to come to a practice that works like a team and respects their patients - this is the place for you. more

So rude there, their billing lady Pam is the rudest most unprofessional staff member I've spoken with, ever. They overcharged my husband on a service that is normally 100% covered. He went in for a cleaning and xray 100% covered and they charged him without telling him for a more expensive ""set"" of x-rays. When I called about it ""Pam"" rudely said she does not have enough time to check out everyone's insurance so you get billed what you get billed. WHICH means they can charge you for whatever they want, tell you it's covered at the time then later say..oops! Which is exactly what they did. She was beyond rude in dealing with this situation. more

I really like the fact that the staff at Vetter Dental has remined the same for as long as I can remember. the last dentist that I went to always had a new new hygienist every 6 months- some were nice and some weren't. The hygienists at Vetter Dental are nice and gentle. The entire staff is friendly and it seems like they actually enjoy their jobs. Pros: Nice staff, modern office-not the outside, inside is great more

This place is AWFUL. Very unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the Dental Association against Dr. Vetter. Trust me, this place should be avoided! Cons: Rude Staff, Unprofessional Doctor. more
