So rude there, their billing lady Pam is the rudest most unprofessional staff member I've spoken with, ever. They overcharged my husband on a service that is normally 100% covered. He went in for a cleaning and xray 100% covered and they charged him without telling him for a more expensive ""set"" of x-rays. When I called about it ""Pam"" rudely said she does not have enough time to check out everyone's insurance so you get billed what you get billed. WHICH means they can charge you for whatever they want, tell you it's covered at the time then later say..oops! Which is exactly what they did. She was beyond rude in dealing with this situation.
