Van Putte is a highly professional company for the homeowners. There work consisted of refreshing our existing landscape, new paver sidewalk, desigend a paver patio, landscape, fencing and landscape lighting around our new inground pool. Brett matthews, landscape designer, worked closely with us to capture our ideas and blend with his. We are very happy with the results, and, our landscaping is magazine worthy. We will continue to rely on Van Putte for all of our future landscaping. more

Van Putte Gardens in my opinion, is one of the best garden stores in the Rochester area. I had a section of my lawn that I wanted to have sod installed and other areas that I wanted seeded. I called several other garden centers and landscapers...none of which wanted to be bothered with such a ""minor"" project. I called Van Putte Gardens and they couldn't be happier to come to my house to give me an estimate. They did the work and it came out beautifully. Todd was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had. Over the years I have purchased several trees, hanging baskets, perennials and annuals from them as well. All their nursery stock is extremely healthy and the staff is always happy to answer questions. They definitely rate a five star in my book! Gail C. more

I have purchased many products from Van Putte Gardens over the years and have always been satisfied with their products and customer service. In May of 2011 I purchased several large Cleveland Flowering Pear trees. Each tree was at least 15 feet in height. Van Putte employees wheelbarreled each tree into my back yard, and planted each tree by hand because the location would not allow access by machinery. They worked with me to properly place each tree to my satisfaction. The employees cleaned the area so throughly that there was no indication that they had been there. I know I could have probably found someone to do the job cheaper, but I do not believe I would have had the same level of satisfaction. more

Extremely customer focused. Bret designed and oversaw a fairly large landscaping project in our backyard involving a pool installation. The customer service and responsive was amazing. Brad who did most of the work was top notch and the end result is beautiful. I highly recommend them for any landscaping project as they went above and beyond including helping coordinate with pool subcontractors that the pool company really should have dealt with. more

We spent countless hours analyzing our options and the associated pricing?and Van Putte was the obvious winner on price, quality and incredible customer service. Our experience began with our knowledgeable and hard-working Project Manager/Designer, Bret, who created a beautiful plan incorporating all of our ideas ? but also offering great (and patient) guidance and perspective to ensure we were making the best decisions. When it came time for the installation of the patio, the quality of the craftsmanship was just incredible. It is clear that Van Putte employees enjoy their work and have very high standards with all that they do. Every step of the way, Van Putte actively managed our project, following through with each and every detail. Our experience exceeded our expectations and we are already looking forward to our next project with the Van Putte team! more
