Van Putte Gardens in my opinion, is one of the best garden stores in the Rochester area. I had a section of my lawn that I wanted to have sod installed and other areas that I wanted seeded. I called several other garden centers and landscapers...none of which wanted to be bothered with such a ""minor"" project. I called Van Putte Gardens and they couldn't be happier to come to my house to give me an estimate. They did the work and it came out beautifully. Todd was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had.
Over the years I have purchased several trees, hanging baskets, perennials and annuals from them as well. All their nursery stock is extremely healthy and the staff is always happy to answer questions.
They definitely rate a five star in my book!
