Best

Roger at Valley Nissan is consistently helpful and accommodating. I appreciate the competency and the friendliness.

Worst

I recently took my vehicle in and had several things replaced, such as the clutch, and some stuff dealing with the A/C. They did a great job on these items and got my car finishe...

I LOVE my new outback 4/21/2011

I found Valley by internet and was responded to by Morgan Steinbeck. Very courteous and super fast...When we came to the store they were so laid back, no pressure. It was basically like buying a car from friends, they didn't make my wife or myself feel like another number. I LOVE my new outback. However, two days later my check engine light came on so I called her. She responded immediately, sent a tow truck TO OUR HOUSE, dropped us off a loaner car and found out less than an hour later that we did not tighten our gas cap! How embarrasing but I'm really impressed that any dealership would do that. Thanks Morgan and Valley Subaru, we'll definately be back when our lease is up! more

They are very caring 4/20/2011

I ended up going to this dealership after I was treated quite badly at another subaru dealer. The salespeople had contacted me about a nissan rogue that I was looking at and were so great that even though I did not want to nissan I drove out of town to see their subarus. Many other dealers I felt screwed over with prices. Here, no such thing. They are very caring. They give a lot of information very well and clearly. more

Did the job...But! 9/22/2010

I recently took my vehicle in and had several things replaced, such as the clutch, and some stuff dealing with the A/C. They did a great job on these items and got my car finished, although two days over due, not a big deal. The issues weren't actually with the work they charged me for, there were actually two things that kind of ticked me off. One, I went in with atleast a quarter tank of gas, that is minimalizing, and came out with my gas light on??? You guys couldn't have just filled her up after $2k worth of work? Two, and the thing that really got me mad, is that I have a cable that I can hook my iPod up to my stereo with, that for some reason doesn't work anymore. After a phone call the response given was that it must be something I have done to the stereo. NO in fact I was using on my way in, I always used it....always! You know if it wasn't for that I would probably go back to the service department, but the lack of customer service and the fact that they couldn't just open her up and see if it was something they could make a quick fix of, I highly doubt I will return. I 'm obviously the only one that thinks so, but they weren't all that bad my car runs well and seems like the work they did was needed, but the little things count. You obviously jacked up my cable just fix it it's like $100 bucks c'mon! The problem they have is that I'm also a Bartender in the area and my word of mouth doesn't just hit my neighbors and friends. more

Dishonest and Rude 9/11/2010

Both service and sales departments are rude and dishonest. We went in to find a new vehicle for our family. We had already driven an Altima at another dealership and were sold on it, just needed to find the right one. We went to Valley and we were greeted right away. We drove one Altima and it was pretty much everything we ever wanted. The car had been brought in on a trade so it hadn't been inspected or detailed yet. We got some initial paperwork done but were unable to take the car home. Our salesperson said that he would give us a call the next day before 10am to let us know when we could pick up the car. 10am came and went, so I called him myself to find out that he had the day off. So he obviously never intended on helping us get our car. I spoke to the general sales manager. He was apologetic at first and said he that our car would be done by 5pm that day if he had to do it himself. He said he would call me to confirm a time so we can come in a get the paperwork finished. 5pm came and went. I called the general sales manager again and he was ""out of the office for a long errand"". I finally received a voice mail about 7pm that my car would not be complete until the next morning at 10am. That the car had gone through service and just needed to be detailed. To be there at 8am to finish paperwork. The next morning, my husband and I arrived at 8am. We were greeted by our salesman who told us that our car was not going to be ready until the next day. I was furious. He told me that the car had not been through service and that we were going to have to wait. I told him that that was not going to work and I will sit in their waiting room until my car is finished. While service was finally getting everything rolling, we go to complete the paperwork. We were getting ready to sign all the paperwork when the finance manager says your payment is ""****"" Which was over $80 more the we were ""quoted"" 2 nights before. I told him no and since I was on edge already I think he got the point we were not going to be messed with. So we did end up getting the car for about $5k less then they were asking (as a result of their incompetence) Recently we had to take our car into service because when we got tires put on the car the person broke our Smart Key. I set up THREE appts with service which they ""forgot"" about. The manager of service said ""If we are so horrible, why did you purchase the car from us?"" This experience was horrible and I would not recommend them. They treat their customers like trash and should not be supported. Even though it is a longer drive we are going to Boulder Nissan from now on, hopefully we can have a better experience there. more
