I recently took my vehicle in and had several things replaced, such as the clutch, and some stuff dealing with the A/C. They did a great job on these items and got my car finished, although two days over due, not a big deal. The issues weren't actually with the work they charged me for, there were actually two things that kind of ticked me off. One, I went in with atleast a quarter tank of gas, that is minimalizing, and came out with my gas light on??? You guys couldn't have just filled her up after $2k worth of work? Two, and the thing that really got me mad, is that I have a cable that I can hook my iPod up to my stereo with, that for some reason doesn't work anymore. After a phone call the response given was that it must be something I have done to the stereo. NO in fact I was using on my way in, I always used it....always! You know if it wasn't for that I would probably go back to the service department, but the lack of customer service and the fact that they couldn't just open her up and see if it was something they could make a quick fix of, I highly doubt I will return. I 'm obviously the only one that thinks so, but they weren't all that bad my car runs well and seems like the work they did was needed, but the little things count. You obviously jacked up my cable just fix it it's like $100 bucks c'mon! The problem they have is that I'm also a Bartender in the area and my word of mouth doesn't just hit my neighbors and friends.
