Valley Mitsubishi - Longmont

My Xterra failed emission so I brought it to Valley Nissan for a diagnosis. They proceed to up sell me on everything and missed diagnosed the real problem. After a second failed emission test and a look by an honest mechanic I found the real problem was a $50 O2 sensor that I could change my self, not the $2000 fix that these guys wanted which would not have fixed my problem. I found that these guys were pushy and tried to intimidated me into spending lots of money on crap service. I will NEVER be back, I suggest you do the same. more

The person at the front counter that took my keys and checked me out was very helpful and helped to clarify that a noise I was experiencing was not something to worry about. It is good to know that I can go into the dealership and know that they will not perform unnecessary work and will always look out for our best interests. I perform alot of the work on our vehicles myself but when I do not want to do the work or it is above my level of expertice I am comfortable with bringing it to this dealership. more

I have never had a better experience in buying a car! Thank you to Jake, he was absolutely wonderful to work with, from the time I initiated a request online until I drove away in the X-Terra!!! Going into the deal he made sure I knew exactly what was available, prices, finance info and rebates. He even helped make it easier to find out what the insurance on the X-Terra would be going forward by providing VIN information. My unbelievable support experience didn't end there either. I arrived Saturday morning, as scheduled and we took a test drive. Jake took me on roads that would demonstrate how the X-Terra would handle and along the way explained every detail imagineable (including the fact the engine smell would burn off shortly because the vehicle was new). After we returned to the dealership he patiently let me check out the other models, and never even laughed when I had a hard time picking the color I wanted. Everyhting after that, the prep, financing, detailing, etc. was flawlessly delivered. He even programmed my Blackberry so it would work in the X-Terra and demonstrated how to use it!! Jake is such an awesome person- and I'm sure a huge asset to the Valley Nissan team!!! Would i recommend Valley Nissan to my friends and family??? In a New York second!!! Bought on-line. Jake was outstanding! I had emailed three other dealerships. Jake was the only one to come back with an actual price. I discounted the other dealerships because they wanted to talk in person vs. handling on line. Jake was very straight forward...I trusted him. He is a man of his word and that's what I want when I look to buy a vehicle. After the sale, we had a problem with the A/C (at 200 miles total on the truck). Jake was right there to help coordinate the repair. Other sales people in my past experiences drop you like a hot potato once the sale is final but Jake has continued to be there to be sure we were happy. All in all, this was the best purchasing experience I've ever had and I would definitely do business with Valley Nissan again. I've also recommended Jake to several friends. Nick was an excellent salesperson. He was motivated, but not pushy which was appreciated.
