Bought on-line. Jake was outstanding! I had emailed three other dealerships. Jake was the only one to come back with an actual price. I discounted the other dealerships because they wanted to talk in person vs. handling on line. Jake was very straight forward...I trusted him. He is a man of his word and that's what I want when I look to buy a vehicle. After the sale, we had a problem with the A/C (at 200 miles total on the truck). Jake was right there to help coordinate the repair. Other sales people in my past experiences drop you like a hot potato once the sale is final but Jake has continued to be there to be sure we were happy. All in all, this was the best purchasing experience I've ever had and I would definitely do business with Valley Nissan again. I've also recommended Jake to several friends.
