Excellent Service 1/26/2017

Tony, with Uptown Heating & Plumbing, made the annual winter tuneup of our boiler this morning. We knew when he was coming and he arrived on time. He was most courteous and friendly though out the service call. Tony carefully explained what he was doing and why he did so I better understand our boiler. He documented the before and after condition with photos and thorough notes. In addition to tuning the boiler he bled the radiators. I am very happy with both Tony and Uptown P&H. more

Uptown Service Call for our boiler/water heater 1/4/2017

Quick response from Kasie -customer service in mid Dec. Bob Dewey was a great help, patiently and professionally diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even kept me calm when I was worried about leaving. All was fine when we returned after Christmas. more

Repairing High Efficiency Boiler 12/14/2016

Excellent service. Katie was helpful and quickly scheduled someone to look at our boiler system. Bob Dewey assessed the problem with our High Efficiency Boiler and hot water heater, had the part ordered waited for the delivery and installed it. He described the problem for us and was friendly as well as an efficient technician. more

Fast, friendly service 12/13/2016

On performing a tune-up, my old furnace had to be red-tagged. Because Uptown had to reschedule the tune-up from an earlier, warmer date, they bent over backwards to provide me a same-day install on a new furnace on this subzero day. They are always courteous and knowledgeable and go over all the options and explain everything. more

Service Team for 5521 Colfax Ave So 11/20/2016

I am deeply thankful to the entire Uptown Team who installed a new furnace after the old one was 'red-tagged'. The team completed their work just in time before the first winter storm in MN. water heater replacement 9/30/2016

Happy with service from Dan & Austin replacing our water heater. What I think could use improvement by the company is how they present choices for repair. There were 5 choices from $4500 to $1800. We choose to have water heater replaced only, no extra maintenance, warranty, or new water softener. That option is named band aid, I think has a negative , stronger sales pitch approach than I've experienced with other repair professionals. more

New toilet in a couple hours 9/12/2016

While attempting to fix my own toilet, I dropped the lid into the tank, cracking it and therefore requiring a new toilet. Phil was amazing. He was kind, funny, smart, efficient, and he talked me through several options without pressuring me. I will definitely call him again if I ever need anything with my plumbing, heating or cooling! In fact, I liked him so much I signed up for the monthly "club" so that they'll come tune my heater and air conditioner once a year :) more
