While attempting to fix my own toilet, I dropped the lid into the tank, cracking it and therefore requiring a new toilet. Phil was amazing. He was kind, funny, smart, efficient, and he talked me through several options without pressuring me. I will definitely call him again if I ever need anything with my plumbing, heating or cooling! In fact, I liked him so much I signed up for the monthly "club" so that they'll come tune my heater and air conditioner once a year :)
