On May 10th, 2012 I called US Coachways to book a mini bus to transport 18 students to and from a Prom and was quoted a price and said they had availability. I needed to sign and return the forms ASAP and a project manager would get back to me within 48 hours to confirm the reservation and accept the deposit. It is May 22, 2012 and the project manager doesn't answer her phone, doesn't return calls and no confirmation of the reservation is done. Thus, still no ride. Everyone who does finally answer the phone tells me that only this one person can help and I need to continue to call back and talk to her.....that they are very busy and still can't confirm if they can book the Prom ride. The event is 6/2/2012....needless to say, I have found another company. Who needs this stress and aggravation. Why does it take over 12 days to confirm a reservation? It should all be in the computer...vehicle, driver, date, time...yes it is all available or no it is not. It was easier to plan taking 60 students to Spain for 10 days then to get an answer from US Coachways....after reading the reviews on other web sites...I would keep looking and not risk it with this company.
