Best Company I've dealt with in a long time! 6/10/2011

I will, and have, recommend UNITS to anyone who is moving. Each time I called I talked to the owner or his wife. They were extremely helpful, and very flexible with my moving situation. We were supposed to close on our new house in a week (which didn't happen) and renters were moving in on a specific date-it was chaos! I originally rented for the week special, but once I realized it had to be longer, they were extremely helpful in making arrangements work for us! Never any hidden fees and the cheapest move I've ever had. I will use UNITS next time without a doubt! You'd be crazy to move any other way. more

EXCELLENT GREAT GUYS TO WORK WITH!!!! 6/10/2011

It is wonderful to work with the staff at Units. They were always on time and I have never worked with such polite and professional people. They brought the boxes out placed them where we needed them picked them up on time and if we needed them adjusted a bit the guys moved them to the best position to fill. My belongings are safe, secure and I cant say enough about UNITS team. Thanks Guys !!!! more

Working with the team at Units Mobil was a pleasure. We had a rushed moving situation and I did not know what my needs would be until the day of the move - literally. They kept in contact and worked with me the entire time - to meet our moving needs. Their rates were very good and the unit clean. I will definitely use Units Mobil again! more

Units Mobile Storage of Phoenix were absolutely fantastic. They came when they were supposed to. The unit was clean. They stored our things nicely. We were extremely pleased with the results. This company did exactly as they advertised they would, which is rare these days for a company to be true to their word. We highly recommend them, they're wonderful! Cliff & Fern Luban more

I was very happy with this company. I closed my retail store and loaded their container with my inventory. They moved it to a new location and I was able to sort through at my own pace. They were really friendly and helpful. I will use them anytime I move! more

Positively wonderful experience. Very easy to deal with. Shopped around and found Units to be less expensive. Additionally, they could guarantee a drop off and pick up time when others weren't able to do that. Would use them again and would highly recommend. Don't waste your time shopping around - Units can'be be beat! more

Excellent Service! 7/26/2010

The only concern i've experienced was not with my direct service. We took the kids out and about one day and as we were pulling in to the Bashas parking lot on Ellsworth and Brown, a Units truck - loaded with Units pulled out in front of us (we had the right of way) and almost hit our van. It was concerning with the kids in the car...but my direct experience with Units has been nothing short of fantastic! Their Units are the nicest cleanest Units I've seen and i would recommend them to anyone who needs them. more

When I used Units Mobile Storage of Phoenix I thought they were very competent and friendly. They really went out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. I had my stuff with them for a year and half, so I was a long term customer. Units Mobile was always helpful to me and very professional. They provided a safe place for my belongings at a good, affordable price. more

Service could not be better, storage unit was very clean and delivered as promised 4/23/2010

Storage unit was like new, very well made and had natural light inside for very easy loading. All people we came in contact with at the company were very polite and delivered all services as promised and on schedule. Costs were less that other storage container companies we called. more

Great experience 4/22/2010

I used Units mobile storage to store the contents of my 3500 SF home for 6 months. It was easy to make the arrangments for the dropoff and everything went very smoothly. WHen it came time for the pickup they were timely and prompt. THey stored them for 6 months. I did not ever need to get into my units during that time. But when it came time for the drop off they were once again timley and prompt. When I unloaded the units, everything was just as it was loaded. I would definately recommend them to people that need this type of service more

The whole experience with Units was great, the customer service and communication was top notch through the entire experience. I liked Units so much that when a friend was moving a few months later, I shared my experience and recommended Units, and he was just as happy as I was with my experience. The price was exactly as stated, with no hidden fees or charges whatsoever. I'll definitely be going with Units again for our next move, and will keep recommending it to friends & family. more

We are a small middle class Church and we were looking for an inexpensive way to store items for our yard sale. Paul was willing to work with us and gave us a very fair price for delivery, pick up and storage fees. more
