Absolutely outstanding service representative 11/24/2010

Jeff Singleton is an absolutely outstanding service representative. He is responsive, thorough, professionally courteous and attentive to every detail. As an example, after leaving the dealership (following my service appointment), I could not find my cell phone. I returned to the dealership to see if I had left it there and Jeff went out of his way to help me find it, calling the phone several times to see if we could hear it ring. He is a real asset to Toyota of Dallas and a pleasure to work with!! more

Chris was absolutely fantastic. I went in planning on getting a Rav4 and came out with a Hybrid Highlander and it was an excellent experience. I'd definitely refer anyone interested in buying a car to Toyota of Dallas and tell them to ask for Chris. more

The only reason I go back to Toyota of Dallas for my cammry and my wife's sieena is for the GREAT SERVICE I receive from Jeff Singleton. He is always helpful, professional, always in a good mood and remebers me by name. Toyota of Dallas should take good care of a great employee. more

I was waited on fast 9/28/2010

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I was waited on fast and quick. I was in a rush that day and it took only a short while , I had my car back in record timing. Wow you Guys are the BEST. I will always come to Toyota of Dallas. When I get ready for a new car My family and friends will come to You All. Thanks again. more

Service is great 9/14/2010

Service is great at this dealership. I bought my car there and my NEXT car will come from there, too. My pocketbook and my schedule are respected. My need to get in and out in a timely fashion is almost always met. People at this dealership are kind and courteous and though it's not required, they show humor and approachability. I really like this dealership and never miss an opportunity to tell people they need to come and see the folks at Toyota of Dallas. And I always know that if there's a problem, they will help. All the guys were super courteous and answered all my questions. I don't know much about cars, and David Bounds explained everything to me without ""dumbing"" it down but I still understood what they meant. These guys will be getting all of my business in the future should I need it. more

I would buy from again 8/27/2010

Your company appears to be keenly aware of the highly competitive nature of your business. I found, without exception, that everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and competent. I particularly liked the way that Nick Federico handled the sales process from start to delivery. Why would I buy a Toyota anywhere else? more

Scott Garrett is the most professional and friendly person I have ever had to handle my car. My experience with him is excellent, and he makes me feel I am an important customer. He always takes care of my car and has it ready promptly. Toyota should be very proud to have him. He is truly a professional service consultant. I will always ask for him when I bring my car in. more

Very pleased 8/6/2010

Mr. Vince Carnovale, Service Director, went out of his way to ensure that the problem that I had been having with my 2011 Toyota Camry for a month had been resolved. He even tested my car for 2-hours to make sure that the problem was solved. I was very pleased with his concern and the way he solved the problem with the horn honking 5 different times, whenever it wanted to honk. more
