Jeff Alexander, who handles all my service, always does and excellent job. He listens to what I want serviced, makes recommendations, but doesn't pressure me on things that I don't need like I have experienced elsewhere. more

Robert provided excellent customer service. He even went above and beyond the call of duty and handwashed the exterior of my car because it was so dirty. I really appreciated that! The cashier was also really nice and helpful. Great job Toyota! I'll be back. ? more

Overall we were very pleased with the process of purchasing our fj cruiser from Toyota of Dallas. We are not usually the walk in and buy type of people. However, we loved the vehicle and our salesperson Calvin did a nice job of answering our questions and putting our mind at ease about our purchase. ? more

I want to particularly commend Kelly Long for her extra work with me for hours on January 6. She was knowledgable about my Highlander and helped me clean out my 1995 Camry that I traded in during my cash purchase. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and not pushy at all. I will definitely refer my friends to this dealership. more

Chris Hernandez did a great job and got me in and out much quicker than I expected. I feel more confortable taking my Toyota to a Toyota dealership as you will have the right parts and service needed. And I utilize the free WIFI service so I can get work done. Gregg Bartus more
