Very good 5/24/2011

I enjoyed the complete experience of buying my car, except for the 30 minute sales pitch for a warranty that was not administered by Toyota. I had no interest in and told the man (not our salesperson) that we were not interested. He kept persisting and trying to sell additional unwanted products. Only after getting angry was I allowed to finally see the finance man to close on the sale. Other than that one experience, it was all very good. more

Friendly and accommodating 5/12/2011

I am moving from Dallas to Seattle and needed to get my Rav4 services but had very little time between packing up for the move and continuing with work. I came into Toyota of Dallas and was immediately met by a service advisor even though I did not have an appoint. The service advisor was friendly and accommodating and Toyota of Dallas was able to service my vehicle and get me back on the road within 2 hours. Thanks! more

I would recomend the service 5/11/2011

This is the first time I really felt like Toyota has gone out of their way to help me with my concerns on my brakes. Vince met with me, took a drive with me and gave me pointers on how to use the brakes to prevent the squeeling that occurs when I come to a stop. I really like the service that Robert and Vince have shown me as a consumer. I would recomend the service, thank you for your help. I drove home last night with no extra noise coming from the brakes more

Very thorough 5/9/2011

Scott was so helpful. I was really concerned that my car had major repairs. He looked into the issue thoroughly and was on the phone immediately to tell me the problems. Everything was also serviced quickly. Thank Scott and Toyota of Dallas team we could not be happier with our service visit. We look forward to seeing you again in the future. more

Long time customer 5/5/2011

I've bought many cars @ TOD & always have my service done there. Over the years I've dealt with a lot of Service Advisors. Some of them were very pushy on doing specific service packages. I really appreciated Scott Garrett's approach; he told me what was needed but recognized it was my decision. I very much appreciated the respect that he showed to me and I will ask for him in the future. more

Throughout the week we had shopped at 4-5 other dealerships prior to Toyota of Dallas to drive many different manufactures of cars. While was narrowing down my decision, a friend recommended us to check out Toyota of Dallas. We called and scheduled to see Mr Kelley as recommended to drive our first Toyotas. My inital impression of Toyota of Dallas was great. The positve energy was quite contageous unlike any of the other places we'd visited! Everyone was so upbeat that you'd never know it was last week of the year when everyone works such long, tough hours. I really appriciated how each and every person took care of us by genuinely listening to our needs, guiding me to choose a car that was the best fit, and patience as we made a decision. Financially, Mr. Kelley and Eric Clowers made it fit within our budget without any frustrations or doubts. The delivery of the car and follow up on making sure we made the right decision was nice as well. It was a 5 Star Experience more

I want to particularly commend Kelly Long for her extra work with me for hours on January 6. She was knowledgable about my Highlander and helped me clean out my 1995 Camry that I traded in during my cash purchase. Everyone I dealt with were courteous and not pushy at all. Put our minds at ease 4/19/2011

Overall we were very pleased with the process of purchasing our fj cruiser from Toyota of Dallas. We are not usually the walk in and buy type of people. However, we loved the vehicle and our salesperson Calvin did a nice job of answering our questions and putting our mind at ease about our purchase. more

Extremely happy 4/7/2011

Jordan was very efficient and explained everything. Most service advisors at other places treat women like they are stupid when it comes to cars. I am extremely happy with my Toyota and will continue to come back to Toyota of Dallas for all of my service needs. Thank you. more
