I lived in a Weiner apartment for about a year. Before I signed the lease, they were very nice and accomodating. After, though, the customer service and maintenance services was nothing short of horrible. I moved into my apartment and it was filthy, and several things were broken. There was actual mold growing in the bathroom ad one of the windows didn't close. When I emailed for a maintenance request, I got a pleasant response saying issues would be addressed. A few days later, I got a snotty, condescending email about how it's normal for windows not to close, that the apartment was actually clean (despite visible dirt on floors, bathroom surfaces, etc.), and that perhaps they might replace a moldy fixture in the kitchen. I requested they review the problems, and got a response a week later saying they might look into it. It went on like this the entire time I was there.
