Review content:
My problem isn't with the property it lies with how the office manager, and now partial owner) Kelli Ratcliff conducts herself. She is rude, insensitive and once she gets you into the property she could care less about any problems that arise. It's a shame because everyone else there is fantastic and the properties themselves are decent in comparison to some others. For me it's not a fair trade off and I would not suggest renting from them until they realize customer service is key and take her off of the front desk and not let her handle the public.
