During our Friday thru late Sat. (Jan. 22 & 23) snowstorm, my entire sewer system plugged up. A flushed toilet came up into the bathtub. It took at least an hour to drain out. The washer drained into the kitchen sink, the bathtub, and out onto the bathroom floor from under the toilet. It's humiliating to have to use your neighbor's facilities, especially during a snowstorm. Sunday there were over 30 inches of snow--nothing was going anywhere. During the storm, I called The Plumbing Dr. and left a message about my plight. Miraculously, at 8:30 a.m. on Monday I got a call that the plumber was on his way. The plumber himself (Larry) was professional, very rapid, and careful not to add any mess to what already existed from the storm. I also thought the charge was reasonable. I would have considered it an emergency service and charged accordingly. I would never hesitate to recommend your company again. Actually, my neighbor, who used your company in the past recommended you to me. I'm glad that he did.
