Worst

Service was fine. Replaced two toilet valves (cost at Lowe's 13.98 each) Also repaired our bathroom sink drain. Bill was $437. This is a total rip-off. Will never use The Plumber...

First time using “The Plumber Guy”. They got great reviews on our local Nextdoor app. Tony was on time, did the job quickly, left everything clean and was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely recommend to our neighbors. more

I had received an ad in the Grand Season magazine for "The Plumber Guy" which called for a free service call and a $35.00 discount on any plumbing service repair. I called and scheduled a plumber for a leaking toilet. He arrived and was very friendly and efficient. It took him approximately 10 minutes to replace a gasket in the toilet and gave me a bill for $134.95. I questioned the service call feature and he said that if he did nothing there would have been no charge. I think that amount charged was outrageous. the part could not have cost over $5.00 and 10 minutes of work was then $130.00. I paid the bill but will not be able to recommend the company to others. The rates are too high and the ad is clearly misleading. Roger Nelson more

Estevan came on time, actually early which was good, and provided the service in a friendly and efficiently manner. i told him I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. Two of my neighbors must have seen his truck and talked to Estevan, then related their conversation to me as I walked by their home. I give Estevan a 10 out of 10. more

Carlin is very good at what he does. He explains things until you are satisfied with the subject. He is in no hurry to get out of the quote. He even asked if there was anything else he could help me with. That is dedication to your job and customer. If possible, I would like him to come out every time. more

This has been the most professional experience I have ever had with a company registered to do business in Arizona. When you first call The Plumber Guy you talk to a real person, in my case this person was Patrice B. Second, this person stays with you from start to finish, keeping you totally updated along the way. Third, for doing the job, Estevan L. is the Plumber that did the job right the very first time, this alone would get 5 stars. I forgot, The price not only was great, but the work and price impressed two of my neighbors that The Plumber Guy is going to be who they will be calling for their next project. I always Call The Plumber Guy 10/11/2018

Patrice almost always answers the phone in person, listens to my issues, and let's me know when a plumber can be scheduled. Tony has been assigned on more than one occasion including the last time. I am embarrassed to say, that this time, there actually was no problem, we thought there was no hot water in the shower. But there was! (Three of us were turning the handle in the wrong direction.) Tony was very kind not to charge for the visit. I will not be making that mistake again. I have used The Plumber Guy to fix REAL plumbing problems and every Plumber - including Tony - was knowledgeable, competent, showed up on schedule, explained what was wrong and how to fix it, fixed the problem promptly for a reasonable price, and was pleasant to deal with. more

Outstanding Work 9/4/2018

Julio M was on time, very courteous and really new his plumbing. He diagnosed the problem, told me what was wrong and how much to fix it. He returned today, Sep 4, and quickly fixed my toilet. Very good plumber and I would call him again for any plumbing problem I might have. I can't get back to the stars but I would rate him with a ten. more
