We used Plumber Guy today. Carlin S. was the plumber. Carlin was very professional and polite and good at his craft. He listened carefully to our concerns and gave us a fair quote...

Worst

Service was fine. Replaced two toilet valves (cost at Lowe's 13.98 each) Also repaired our bathroom sink drain. Bill was $437. This is a total rip-off. Will never use The Plumber...

Efficient, friendly plumber! 8/17/2018

Called the Plumber Guy at 9:00 a.m., and the seal on our toilet was fixed by 10:30! Jeremy was also asked to look at a faucet, which was difficult to turn. Expecting the "you need to replace the whole faucet...." he suggested we use apple cider to loosen up near the base of the faucet. (AZ water has a lot of calcium, so apple cider is our best friend!) He did not detect a leak, so "Let's not go to severe fixes here.Also said to use it for faucet filters, showers,. Very personable, and would welcome him at anytime for future plumbing problems! more

Emergency service call 8/15/2018

I had an emergent Water heater leak, and it was scheduled and resolved in less than five hours from the time I called. Jeremy was simply outstanding. I found him to be personable, knowledgeable, a diligent worker, no BS, and he explained everything as he worked. I am an engineer, and from his explanations, it was obvious he knew his craft. Highly recommended! more

Growling toilet 1/26/2018
