Patrice almost always answers the phone in person, listens to my issues, and let's me know when a plumber can be scheduled. Tony has been assigned on more than one occasion including the last time. I am embarrassed to say, that this time, there actually was no problem, we thought there was no hot water in the shower. But there was! (Three of us were turning the handle in the wrong direction.) Tony was very kind not to charge for the visit. I will not be making that mistake again.
I have used The Plumber Guy to fix REAL plumbing problems and every Plumber - including Tony - was knowledgeable, competent, showed up on schedule, explained what was wrong and how to fix it, fixed the problem promptly for a reasonable price, and was pleasant to deal with.
