We love Shellie Miller and the team at Closet Factory! My dad recommended them to us for some updates on a home we were renovating and they were great! They have so far helped with a laundry room, three different closets, an entertainment center and a murphy bed. Shellie is always kind, prompt and professional. Their prices are very fair. They are not ""cheap"" but neither is their work. My dad has also used them many times on his house and both his rental properties. We will always use them and only them. more

Thanks to a good friend, we got to work with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She was a delight to work with and we could not be more happy with both the Murphy Bed and Custom Closets that she designed for us. We had been shopping for the bed for a long time and had no idea how to design our walk-in closets to make the best use of the space they provide. Jeanne seemed to be born to do what she does because we would not change a thing. Thank you very much Jeanne. more

This went fantastic! We started by making contact and got a very fast response from Shellie Miller, who was knowledgable and lovely. This was followed by an estimate breaking down all elements and costs (I liked that). We met in their beautiful facility and she walked us through each area in 3D. We were off to a great start! Our Closet Factory installation team were very nice, personable guys. They were unobtrusive, attentive (we work here & have pets) and helpful with their tips and answers to questions I had. Did a great job for us and got it all done in only 3 days. more

We hired Closet Factory and Shelly Miller to complete a closet project that was done poorly by a different contractor. Work was completed on time and they did a great job. They cleaned up after they finished. Would use them again on other projects. more

A friend of mine told me about The Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, so I went there and from what I've been told by more than 1 person who works there, I got to have the best designer in the company custom design and build our amazing closets and entertainment center, her name is Jeanne Hessen and I highly recommend her to anyone, she is the best. Who would have known that you could hire a designer from a closet factory to custom design and install the most functional and amazing looking garage. But that is exactly what I did. A friend of mine told me about The Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, so I went there and from what I've been told by more than 1 person who works there, I got to have the best designer in the company custom design and build our amazing garage. Words can not express how pleased I am to have met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She could not have been more of a professional and is talented beyond description. She made me so comfortable in the designing of our closets and seemed to know exactly what we wanted and needed to maximize the space and to create the most beautiful closets anybody could ask for. It's amazing to me that I found the best designer to convert my garage into an amazing Man-Cave at a place called the ""Closet Factory"". But that is exactly what I did, and I don't care where Jeanne Hessen works, I would refer her to anybody looking to upgrade any room in the house. She is unbelievably talented and has a wealth of knowledge along with being a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to her and the Closet Factory for my Man-Cave. more

Shellie is amazing and she did an extremely thorough job assessing our needs and designing closets that utilized every bit of available space. She takes pride in her work and the result was perfect! She was on time for our initial appointment and made plans right on the spot with the very comprehensive software that closet Factory uses. We called Shellie Miller to take care of a variety of closet and cabinet repair jobs on a rental property. She informed us that the closet factory doesn't work on products they haven't installed, so we made the wise decision to rebuild everything! Her excellent service, kind way and their lifetime guarantee is what sold us. She was a joy to work with, and we look forward to working with Shellie and her team on other projects in our variety of South Florida properties They were able to handle all of our jobs easily with no fuss! Neighbors in our new community alerted me of faulty wire shelving in all of their closets. I decided the best thing for my family was custom closets.
