We had a wonderful experience with Mark and the installers at Closet Factory. Our second time using these guys and it was even better than the first. We love the work and Mark was awesome. We even had the same installation team who were totally familiar with our home and completed 5 more closets and additional shelving in our garage. My wife and I give them 4 thumbs up! We were happy with what the builder was offering, then Jeanne came in and made suggestions on customizing our closets, home office and garage. The best by far! 10/8/2017

We had all the garage companies in the Home Pros magazine come to our house but the very best by far was Mark Sidell from Closet Factory. It's easy to see why they are the only ones to have COSTCO and Motor Trend as partners. Others even offered lifetime guarantees and stuff like that but we saw the work that Closet Factory had done for a few of our neighbors and it was really great so we decided to do the same. Shelly Miller and the Closet Factory crew did a fantastic job on our 6 closets and built-in office project. Shellie's ideas were better than any others we'd seen. When things got started, they were punctual and extremely professional each and every day they were here. They even were very gracious in working around our pets and the fact that we were in the house with them during the entire installation. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and removed all their tools from our house and brought them back in on the following day. It's as if we weren't even in the middle of a home remodeling project. We hope to have them back to do our garage very soon. more

We had used another company to do our prior garage with a poly-hybrid coating and we thought it was ok. Over the months and years it stained and we even had the company come back and patch some areas that bubbled up and had particularly bad stains. The problem was that we could see the patches. This time we wanted what our neighbor had which was done by Mark Sidell from Closet Factory & Motor Trend Garage. They used poly whatever it's called and it is totally beautiful. They got it done in one day and it looks like a room of our house now. Now my sister and brother-in-law are using Mark. No wonder! S&R Repp more

Love my garage floor. Mark promised it would be done in just one day and that we could walk on it just two hours later. He was right. Since every other company needed two days I knew that they had to be using an epoxy which was exactly what I did not want. Even though other companies promised to fix it when it had problems I decided to trust Mark COSTCO and Closet Factory. The floor is gorgeous and Mark is also arranging to have the same floor put in our garage up north. Thanks Mark! Margaret W more

The work done by Closet Factory was designed beautifully and professionally built. Even though we had a few items that needed additional attention Mark Sidell managed everything and made sure that everything was done and done right. Mark was amazing...again!!! This is the second project I've done with Closet Factory. The first was my garage which was a tough cookie since it was hard to find storage space in my 1 car garage. This time Mark solved some serious problems for me in my 2 master closets. My new closets are fantabulous!!!!!!! And I have room for more clothes. Mark's the best!
