Wonderful to do business with. 11/4/2017

We never leave reviews because we aren't good at the internet but this time we wanted to share our experience. The Closet Factory was wonderful to do business with and we enjoyed the entire process of having our two master closets organized. Our designer Mark Seidell was very professional and very patient. He explained everything so well so that we really knew what to do to get the most out of our closets. And he made sure we got all the things that were important to us. We wish everyone could see the results but I'm not good at this and adding a picture is beyond me. Trust me its beautiful! Our installers did lovely work and were so nice the whole time. What a blessing it was for us to meet Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We had been shopping for quite some time for the right designer and company to help us with our closets. Then we walked into the Closet Factory and met Jeanne. She not only is a wonderful person but she is and amazing designer. We could not be happier. Not only did she give us the most amazing closets, she converted our garage into an amazing man-cave. Thanks Jeanne. more

We called the Closet Factory for an estimate and Shellie Miller came out to meet with my wife and I. We were both impressed with her wealth of knowledge, explanation of the materials used and excitement at helping us improve our newly renovated master suite. My wife met with her at their showroom and consulted with me via FaceTime as Shellie went over the 3D presentation with both of us. The installation was just finished and I have to say how excited we are! It is a pefect fit in our new suite! We both want to say how impressed we were with the installer, the company and Shellie's attention to detail. more

Amazing new garage floor! We can't say enough about the people at Closet Factory. They do wonderful work and turned our garage into a professional looking space for our cars. Firm believers 10/29/2017

We were really skeptical when Mark Sidell told us that Closet Factory was the only company to put this floor in garages. As they explained, lots of others call their product poly this and that but Mark told us that everyone else takes 2 days and their poly floor was done in just 1. Plus he claimed that we could walk on our garage floor in just 2 hours after they left. We didn't believe it. Well, now that it is done we are firm believers. It's so beautiful to boot. Shellie is an absolutely incredible designer and project manager! She is so diligent in making sure everything goes smoothly and perfect during every aspect of the post-order, pre-installation period. Having Shellie's vision and reassurance was so helpful during the entire process of having a fabulous and original entertainment center and bar created and put into our home! The Closet Factory team of guys who did our installations were very neat, considerate and diligent. Shellie (can't say enough nice things about her) always maintained close attention to detail and showed her genuine desire for everything to be perfect. She and her team at the Closet Factory are nothing short of exceptional. more

Who would have guessed you could go to a closet factory and have a custom designer come over to your house and draw up amazing plans for a custom garage conversion. But hat is exactly what we did, and having Jeanne Hessen as your designer is big head-start. She can design anything, in fact we look forward to having her back to do our home office and entertainment center. Thanks again Jeanne. more
