We can't wait to move into our new home and are so excited about our custom designed closets, created by Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She came to us by way of a few neighbors who had already had the pleasure of sealing with her. We are so thankful our neighbors turned us on to her. She is really amazing and knows what she is doing. more

Turned out gorgeous! 10/20/2017

My husband and I love our new wardrobe. We had a number of projects but this was a critical need. We worked with Mark Sidell and we are so glad we did. After a horrible experience with a subcontractor, I looked on Yelp and found Shellie Miller and Closet Factory. What a nice lady, she came out and evaluated my situation, talked to me about options, budget and timing, and we scheduled everything on the spot. Problems solved! whenever I have any cabinetry or storage needs in the future I will call her and gladly pay for her professionalism and closet factories lifetime warranty. more

Very pleased. 10/19/2017

Lovely work and very nice people. We spoke with a few people and asked our friends who to use for closets and most said that they had good luck with Closet Factory. When we looked them up on line we saw lots of great reviews mostly of Mark Sidell. Luckily we got Mark and everything worked out great. Call the Closet Factory 10/17/2017

I called the Closet Factory and asked for Mark Sidell because there were so many reviews on the internet recommending him. Not surprisingly I ended up with a terrific result. The master in my condo was a disaster and a very difficult one to boot including having a micro laundry in the back corner. Thanks to Mark and the really capable installer I now have an amazing closet that's organized and actually seems bigger. If you have a tough closet project do what I did and call Closet Factory. We love the work! 10/15/2017

Working with Mark Sidell was really great. We had several large companies look at our garage but when my husband met Mark and we spent time explaining the problems in our garage we knew right away we had found the right people. The clincher for us was the Closet Factory showroom which has a large section for garages under the Motor Trend name. It was impressive and we were so happy being able to see and feel what we were buying before we made such a large investment. It's a fairly large operation and they make everything right there. Mark made the price work and that was that. We love the work. Thanks Mark and thank you to the really great guys who did our installation. Phoebe and Sam Shochat more

Ask for Mark Sidell 10/13/2017

The way we would describe our experience with Mark Sidell and everyone at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale is professional. We have other homes in other states and this was by far the best experience we have had with a vendor of any type, particularly here in So.FL. Every closet and our garage turned out perfectly and we are likely considering additional work. Of course we very highly recommend using Closet Factory. We had a wonderful experience with Mark and the installers at Closet Factory. Our second time using these guys and it was even better than the first. We love the work and Mark was awesome. We even had the same installation team who were totally familiar with our home and completed 5 more closets and additional shelving in our garage. My wife and I give them 4 thumbs up!
