THIS SHOULD BE NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there unless you want your car scratched! I watched them drop the cloth and then pick it up and use it on the next vehicle; rocks, pebbles, dirt and all!! I called the manager and he responded ""It's no big deal the ground is clean"", REALLY??? I could not believe his response, so I asked him for the owners contact information and said ""I will contact the owner and see if he shares your same viewpoint"".....................he refused to give me the owners information. Now a days with the economy as it is, customer satisfaction is number one and if they intend on staying in business they better get on the bandwagon or they will not be in business for very much longer. more

been using this car was for 4 years. this year the quality of work deteriorated I paid 21 bucks for a premium car wash on my dark red car, and this time they scrubbed it with a BRUSH a few months back i took my van there and they only washed the sides and not the top. what was once a great car wash is now a horrible place..... the manager does not care. after 4 years going there at least 3 times a month I have complained to the manager a few times this year and this time he told me maybe it would be better if i dont go there if i am going to be a complainer. stay away from this carwash more

I had used this coupon before which they mailed to the neighborhood for different month specials. The last time, I showed the couple to the cashier and they will make adjustment. But this time, the cashier told me I had to show the man, who prints receipt from the machine outside, to adjust it. So I went outside to show the coupon to the man but he said I was too late that I had it to show him before he printed out the receipt which the coupon didn't mention anything like that. He said I had to pay the full price. I got so mad!\r \r Their service is not that good but since I got the coupon so would love to save some $$ from Not Do it myself. The last time, I gave the different of the coupon to the guy, who did the car wash, for tips. This time, I am really upset. Will never go back again! \r \r False Advertisement! I've been coming here for years and they've changed management sooo many times! It just gets worse and worse. I went for the deluxe wash, which includes rainbow wax, and noticed that the wax did not go off as it went through. I told the lady at the front desk, and she had the nerve to lie to my face that the light was broken! I had them send it through again, and of course, the light did go off. This has happened more than once. It is pretty cheap with coupons from Raphs, but I won't be going back.... EveR!!! Pros: Price Cons: Liars!!!, Cheaters!!!, Bastards!!! more
