been using this car was for 4 years. this year the quality of work deteriorated I paid 21 bucks for a premium car wash on my dark red car, and this time they scrubbed it with a BRUSH a few months back i took my van there and they only washed the sides and not the top. what was once a great car wash is now a horrible place..... the manager does not care. after 4 years going there at least 3 times a month I have complained to the manager a few times this year and this time he told me maybe it would be better if i dont go there if i am going to be a complainer. stay away from this carwash
