I've been coming here for years and they've changed management sooo many times! It just gets worse and worse. I went for the deluxe wash, which includes rainbow wax, and noticed that the wax did not go off as it went through. I told the lady at the front desk, and she had the nerve to lie to my face that the light was broken! I had them send it through again, and of course, the light did go off. This has happened more than once. It is pretty cheap with coupons from Raphs, but I won't be going back.... EveR!!!
