Took my Prius for its 10,000 check up. Making the appointment was hassle free, they even sent me text. Toyota of Temecula Valley staff were friendly and professional. Overall the experience was quick and easy. more

Quick Service / Modern Facility 9/3/2013

We love dropping our Sienna van off here for service. Other dealerships are still operating with 20th century technology. Temecula has quick check-in, shuttle service and a nice large waiting lounge. Very friendly staff too. more

I appreciate the good service and I only have One Complaint. You know the "Silent Room".... well, on the other side of the wall is something (sounds like a door") slamming every 10 seconds! Kind of make the "Silent" sort of Ironic. Maybe you could fit a door close if that is the problem. Thanks more

I appreciate the quality of their work; i trust it. The customer service has been helpful. I think it was Karina who helped me back in March of 2013 who was very attentive. Aslo Ted the manager of Toyota used cars was excellent in customer service care. more

35 years ago I went into the back shop at Toyota Salt Lake City. What I saw was quality everywhere. I'm sure it's still there because I see it where I now live, California. more

I continue to get service. Sometimes they add features that I don't need . I ordered a small part that was installed correctly. however they did an unrequested additional service of deflating my tires lower than the company recommendations. Had to wait to get that corrected. Shuttle driver Howard is pleasant and gets me to work on time! more
