Great Customer Service Even For Procrastinators 11/5/2013

We didn't plan ahead and schedule a service appointment (oil change and tire balance & rotation) for a Saturday. We thought that we were out of luck but the staff was able to get us scheduled in, and our Prius was completed ahead of the promised time. Always great customer service at Toyota of Temecula. more

Exceptional Service 11/5/2013

I would have given 5 stars, except that I had to go show the service advisor their online specials they advertised in order to get them. If they have an existing customer, the dealership should automatically give their best advertised price rather than make the customer jump through hoops. If I had found the special prices after I paid for the service, they would have turned a very happy customer into a very UNhappy customer. more

Maintainance Check 11/4/2013

My Scion XB hadn't received any routine maintenance for over 2 years. The staff reviewed my maintenance history and performed only the work necessary. Car runs great--and at 1/2 the cost suggested by the car's milage more
