Had an early morning appt, dropped off car, took shuttle to work, called me about an hour later saying my car was already completed! amazing! kind of an inconvenience because I figured I wouldn't get it back until late in the day, but still awesome that it was done so fast. had the shuttle pick me up and got me out of a meeting =) more

Scheduled maintenance service is efficient and reliable. I'm never sure, though, how urgent or necessary are the various maintenance recommendations made at the time of scheduled mileage checks. Prioritizing those with suggested on-or-before dates would be helpful. more
