1.5 hours for 10k check up and had a nice cool lobby with water and coffee as well as TV to wait or shuttle service - will return also they explained the services provided very well more

Good service, check list not accurate 7/23/2013

We always have good service at Toyota of Temecula Valley. They always fix my car right the first time. However, my only complaint is that the checklist they give describing potential upcoming issues seems to be rarely completed with a detailed look. I think a lot of the techs just mark everything good and that's it. I know for a fact my suspension is awful and it was marked green. I use this list to plan for upcoming repairs and it would be nice if the techs spent quality time on it. Other than that, I have been please with the service and repairs at Toyota Temecula Valley! And thanks for resuming the car washes! more

Bruce was awesome 7/20/2013

My test drive and sales experience were great. Bruce worked to get the car I was looking for. They went out and picked it up from another dealer. I purchased a spoiler and my experience with the service department was also hassle free. Things didn't go as planned at first but they were in communication with me throughout the process. more
