The only reason I'm docking them a star is that they were so busy on Saturday, they need more staff and longer Saturday hours. more

Great deal on tires, bad mistake on installation 2/7/2014

Tate Boys found me a great deal on new tires, and installed them in about an hour. However, there were a few lug nuts they forgot to tighten, and I had take it right back because it was wobbling so bad. They apologized and fixed it after they closed. I still have to go back because they didn't have time to check alignment, plus they have to replace a lug nut and stud because they damaged the original. very annoying, but great deal on tires. more

Great service!!! 2/3/2014

I took my jeep in for the tires to be rotated and when I got home there was an issue with the way they were rotated. I emailed Marcus the manager on a Sunday morning(FYI...they are closed on Sunday) and he responded to my email right away. They completely took care of my issue and he personally took the lead on correcting the problem. I will say that the customer service was excellent and they stand behind their work. Nice job guys. more

Amazing service!!!! 1/27/2014

I had a flat tire that went from a simple fix into a nightmare to deal with. I spent 4 hours trying to get my vehicle off of the side of the road and when I finally did, I was able to limp over to Tate Boys just minutes before they closed on a Saturday. I'm sure everyone wanted to get home to their families as soon as they could but they took to time to solve my problem before they left for the weekend. I highly recommend them!!! more

Quick, friendly service. Have had a couple flats fixed and I'm always surprised they do it for free and so quickly. Feel confident in their work and will continue to bring our vehicles to Tate Boys for service and repairs. more
