I've been using your Company for several years now. The main reason I come back is because of the staff. The customer service at your Owasso location is outstanding. They go above and beyond to take care of whatever needs I have and usually don't charge me! Keep up the good work! more

2005 Dodge Ram 1500 Rumble Bee 5/17/2014

Took the truck in for noise evaluation in the front end in cold weather. The noise could not be replicated and nothing was found wrong with the truck. I appreciate the staff honesty for not charging me for unnecessary repair. more

we had an appointment and they had our tires and they were installed and we were gone with in 45 minutes, that doesn't always happen at some businesses and everyone had a smile on their face, not always easy when dealing with the public, not our first time doing business there and won't be our last. more

Had flat fixed asked also to check tire pressure in the other tires. The flat that was fixed read 43lbs the other 3 came in 31 32 36 after I got in the car to leave. Also wheel was not wiped down showed (chrome) black water streaks and grime more

Not many businesses knows how to really make a customer want to come back, even when you can get a better deal. Tateboys knows how to get this done. It's nice to know you will be treated fairly and with respect. more

I went to have my tires balanced and rotated. It was done in a half-hour and their was no charge. I'm new in the community and never had anyone do that service free,not buying the tires from Tate Boys. Thank You. more
