Excellent & Friendly Services 1/19/2012

I went to Synergy on a whim and ended up with the best highlights I've had since I moved to Boise a few years ago - there was really good attention to detail and the stylist I worked with lkistened and was friendly. I'd highly recommend visiting this salon. more

My appt. 1/19/2012

I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile and asked for Tea or water. The music is always relaxing...sometimes TOO relaxing! It would be nice to hear some MORE up-beat music...STILL keeping with the "Theme" of Aveda's natural approach. Its always a clean atmosphere. Sandy and Kristina are VERY friendly and always give the BEST service. more

Great Experience 1/6/2012

I randomly found this salon through an internet search. I was hoping for a good experience and my expectations were not only met, but exceeded! I got an appointment right away, the front desk staff was so nice and helpful, and my stylist did a fantastic job. I've had several compliments on my new cut. While I was there I asked about getting my brows waxed and they were able to fit me in right then and there which was so convenient. The service was great and VERY reasonably priced. New cut (including wash and scalp massage) and brow wax was only $40. Overall wonderful experience!!! more

Waxing & Pedi 12/20/2011

Lisa did a great job on my waxing. She took care of both my daughter and myself. She was very professional. We will be coming back again. As for the Pedi, not worth $50 in comparison to other salons who charge half as much. Just a bit disappointed. more

This salon exemplifies the core values and mission that exceeded my expectations for my first time using an Aveda salon. The staff were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my needs and products after my service. I had a complete make-over and they worked with me to stay within my budget and get the base products I needed to start my regime. A very pleasant atmosphere. I will go nowhere else.
