It nice to know that every time we have a problem they are only a phone call away and it is nice to know that we can count on them for any maintenance issue we might have they alw...

Worst

Terrible property. Lied to about rental . Failed to tell us the house had no heat and bad plumbing. Demand cash up front then your forgot about HUD is currently investigating.1

My old neighbor recommended that I try Sweet Properties when I had to move out of the area for work. I met with the company's owner, talked about a contract, and a day later they were managing my house. I no longer had to commute to check on my home and I am very happy with both the ease and ongoing quality of our business agreement. more

Fair treatment 6/14/2012

I like these people a fair bit. Fair enough treatment. People who take my rent, not high handed with me. I may rent a small place but they are good to me like they are to the people in the big houses. more

Rented 3 homes so far, everything great... 8/5/2011

I began renting from this company when I was first starting out in Modesto. I had a one bedroom apartment and barely met the three times the rent requirement. As I have moved up in my job I have been able to afford increasingly nicer homes and each time I have needed to move I have gone by Sweet Properties and picked up a rental list. I have now lived in three of their homes and it has been so convenient to just move within the company and know the ins and outs of how things work at this place! more
