Worst

Terrible property. Lied to about rental . Failed to tell us the house had no heat and bad plumbing. Demand cash up front then your forgot about HUD is currently investigating.1

I like the on-site amenities I have at my apartment. At my other apartment complex the washer and dryers were poor quality and poorly maintained. The place I rent from Sweet Properties has the laundry area cleaned regularly and while the things are not brand new they work well. If they stop working, they are fixed quickly. more

The apartment I rent from this company is very nice place to live. We all look out for each other. It is always very clean. The lady who helps manage the place keeps it clean and nice. more

I rent a large commercial space from Sweet Properties. The company has provided excellent signage that has increased the amount of business that walks through my door. The owner used his years of experience as a commercial property manager to make suggestions about where and how many signs to display. I am very pleased with the space that I rent as well as my relationship with the management company. more

My time with Sweet Properties is so far so good. My house is cute I take care of the lawns and I have not heard from them because I don't have any concerns and I don't give my landlord any reason to bother me. We have a low stress relationship, the way we think renting a home should be. more

After two years in a home I rented from these guys I had to move to another city. I put in my notice and someone informed me that I probably would be getting a called about showing the place. I wasn't thrilled but remembered that in my contract I had agreed that I understood why this was necessary. I got a phone all from the marketing lady a few weeks later and she was respectful and interested in setting up an appointment when it was convenient for me. I had worried that having to show a place would complicate my life. It didn't in the least. Thanks for making this as easy as possible Sweet Properties. more

Very pleased with the service 9/10/2012

My old neighbor recommended that I try Sweet Properties when I had to move out of the area for work. I met with the company's owner, talked about a contract, and a day later they were managing my house. I no longer had to commute to check on my home and I am very happy with both the ease and ongoing quality of our business agreement. more
