Review content:
I began renting from this company when I was first starting out in Modesto. I had a one bedroom apartment and barely met the three times the rent requirement. As I have moved up in my job I have been able to afford increasingly nicer homes and each time I have needed to move I have gone by Sweet Properties and picked up a rental list. I have now lived in three of their homes and it has been so convenient to just move within the company and know the ins and outs of how things work at this place!
