Terrible property. Lied to about rental . Failed to tell us the house had no heat and bad plumbing. Demand cash up front then your forgot about HUD is currently investigating.1

I was in paying rent and they asked me to fill out a survey so I did. I am glad that they seem to care what their customers are saying. I chose to say good things because I have been fairly treated. As other reviewers have said, they are not perfect and I could give minor complaints but over all I am satisfied with this place and am glad I found a place where the only things bad I can say are so minor that it would seem petty to mention them. more

The thing that impressed me about the rental process with these people was their knowledge of the Modesto area. Each community really does have its own vibes, energies and quirks. The marketing person knew much about this town and so when I aked "what do you thing about this neighborhood" she was able to tell me with certainty. I liked that and it is ultimately why I chose to put in an application with these people even though there were others to choose from. more

I am a tenant of a large shopping center managed by Sweet Properties. The center is maintained at a very high level. Trash never stays on the ground for long and if a building gets tagged with graffiti then within days it is painted over and removed completely. Their managment of the small details allows me to concentrate on my own business instead of making sure the parking lot and buidings are maintianed. more

Since I have lived at thsi property for 3.5 years. I have noticed a great deal. Since you (Sweet Properties) has taken over, landscaping is getting better, garbage is being picked up. The on-site manage is doing a good job. When things need to be fixed, it's taken care of promptly. Thank you. Glad the riff raff is gone! more

I have found the rental policies to be fair. Pay rent on the first, late after the third. My favorite thing about this company though is that unlike my last company, if your check is postmarked by the date (late after the third) then you don't have a late fee. I think they understand that sometimes the post office doesn't do what it should. It is nice to rent from another human that understands the way things really work. more

I rent a place from Sweet Properties out in the country. I know that many of their rentals are in the city, but they handle needs of country living just as well as a residential concern. My dream has always been to live in the country and because of the unique situation that Sweet Properties provides with its country properties; I am able to live where I have wanted for a very long time. more

Through the years, I have bought and sold many properties as a real estate investor and I have always used Sweet Properties to handle the rent up and management segment. I concerned myself with buying and selling but they were able to rent my investment properties quickly so that I could concentrate on the part of real estate that really interests me. more

My only interaction with this place this far has only been turn in applications for a property I want to rent, but I am relieved. This place is already better than the other people we rented from. Sweet Properties treated us like people, not a number and a rent check. more

I decided to lease from Sweet Properties because the location of their building was excellent. At this date I am not just satisfied but am extremely pleased that I chose this space over another one. About six months after I moved into this commercial center Sweet Properties hosted a center-wide promotion. As a result of this my business steadily grew and I look foreword to next year's promotion. more

I like the on-site amenities I have at my apartment. At my other apartment complex the washer and dryers were poor quality and poorly maintained. The place I rent from Sweet Properties has the laundry area cleaned regularly and while the things are not brand new they work well. If they stop working, they are fixed quickly. more

I rent a large commercial space from Sweet Properties. The company has provided excellent signage that has increased the amount of business that walks through my door. The owner used his years of experience as a commercial property manager to make suggestions about where and how many signs to display. I am very pleased with the space that I rent as well as my relationship with the management company. more
