After going through all the headaches of trying to manage my own rental property while living in New Jersey, dealing with all the damages that tenants had done to my property, collecting rents, managing the day-to-day paperwork, etc…I decided to call a local property management company in Florida to help me. It got to be very overbearing and stressful for me to handle alone. I came across this lady, Cathy with Sunshine State Prime Property. What a blessing she was! Cathy came in and took control over this situation and turned my rental property around 360 degrees.
