I want to give out a HUGE thank you to SUNSHINE STATE PRIME PROPERTY; Cathy Miktuk! After going through all the headaches of trying to manage my own rental property while living in New Jersey, dealing with all the damages that tenants had done to my property, collecting rents, managing the day-to-day paperwork, etc…I decided to call a local property management company in Florida to help me. It got to be very overbearing and stressful for me to handle alone. I came across this lady, Cathy with Sunshine State Prime Property. What a blessing she was! Cathy came in and took control over this situation and turned my rental property around 360 degrees. From the beginning of her assessing the property, giving her professional opinion of what repairs needed to be done, to get the property up and ready to rent, marketing the property, getting multiple bids so that I was getting the best price and best contractor to do quality work…I couldn't have been happier! Cathy was and still is such an honest, hardworking, knowledgeable property manager that I have trusted to take total control over my property. I would recommend her to anyone that is in need of a trustworthy, motivated, reliable, and determined individual!!!!
