i would like to say Thank You to ALL the people at Sundance Chevrolet! My wife and I went into the dealership hoping to find a deal on a van and we got what we wanted in a very short amount of time! we traded in our lease early to get a van due to a trip we were taking and we needed more space to bring our son home from boot camp in Missouri. Lupe Villalobos was our salesman who has done ALOT of work to make our deal possible! His manager Mike, was a tremendous help in making our purchase possible. My wife and i have poor credit and we needed to reduce our payment and increase our space. Lupe helped us in making it possible to do both! he put ALOT of time and effort into making us happy. In fact, EVERYBODY we dealt with at Sundance Chevrolet, have been exceptionally helpful and courteous. If you need to find a sales team to work with, these guys are the guys to see! I had a great experience buying my first (although used) car. I am a graduate student with a limited budget and not once did they try to sell me, or pressure me, to buy something outside of my budget. I didn't feel any sort of pressure and felt very comfortable doing business with them. This was my first car buying experience and I have to say that they really worked hard for me and my budget. The selection is great there and I ended up with a great vehicle for my needs. I worked with Lupe specifically and he was very honest about the cars we looked at and made some really great recommendations to me. Overall, I'm very happy! more

I would say that my experince with Sundance in Grand Ledge was a good one. I worked with Shone Six. I have to confess I can a little demanding at times. Shone was wonderful. He worked extremely hard for me to get into a new car. I would ablsolutley go back. I left with a car that I am very happy with. Nick also was a pleasure to work with. I came in to Sundance to turn in my leased vehicle which was a trailblazer. Even though I didn't necessarily want to get into a car I knew that financially it was the best decision. My salesman Troy Andrews not only found a car that met my budget but also searched all over until he found the exact color and style of Impala that I wanted. We have purchased two trucks from Sundance. I DO NOT enjoy shopping for vehicles. I just wish that shopping for a car was like going to the grocery store. The price tag is $1.99 and that is what you pay. Wheelin' and Dealin' is not for me. Our salesman, Jim Verhougstraete made the experience as nice as buying a car can be. I have to say that I have heard some bad things about Sundance Chevrolet, but they have proved all those rumors wrong!!! I have purchased 2 cars from them and have been very satisfied. I just purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu from Tommy Liles and I am in love with it!! They didn't have the exact car I wanted, but they were able to get it from another dealer and it is everything I wanted! So the next time anyone is looking for a new car, I will surely tell them to go to Sundance Chevrolet and to see Tommy Liles!! more

I have bought 3 vehicles from Sundance Chevrolet in the last 13 years and have never had a problem with anyone of them the last car I just recently purchased, a 2007 Ford Taurus is probably the reason why more people should shop at Sundance. I went in there with a credit score that was not good but Troy Andrews didn't turn me away instead he found a bank who would play ball with me and help rebuild my credit and three days after I walked in I drove away in a car. I bought a used car for my daughter and was so pleased with the dealership that I returned a year later to get a new Impala for me. Sundance has the biggest inventory around. I had some problem with the trim on my car but was very pleased with the way that was handled, just showed my salesman and new trim was ordered and put on at my convenience. Both the salesman and service manager that I dealt with were very professional and I recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car check with Sundance first. more

My last 3 cars have been obtained from Sundance (leases and purchases) as well as my parents, children and friends. I love the Chevrolet Malibu and all their cars are great. All of the paperwork and financing was well explained to me and I was given the option of choosing or declining extras such as additional warranties, etc. This let me determine the price of my payment and what I was getting for it. The salesman was very helpful, a gentleman went through the entire car each time and showed me how to work everything, they helped me purchase minutes for the phone, and answered all my questions. The service guys are also very helpful; they treat with you with respect and try to get your car done as quickly as possible. As far as some of the negative reviews I have read, I would never in a million years buy a car (especially used) on line and would never pay for something I had not personally seen and driven. It is unfortunate that some consumers feel the need to blame a dealership for their own mistakes. I found the salesmen at Sundance to be very professional, not pushy, and have been satisfied with each and every person I have dealt with there. Pros: great selection, ability to get what you want elsewhere Cons: Lots of paperwork; not the dealer's fault though more
