My last 3 cars have been obtained from Sundance (leases and purchases) as well as my parents, children and friends. I love the Chevrolet Malibu and all their cars are great. All of the paperwork and financing was well explained to me and I was given the option of choosing or declining extras such as additional warranties, etc. This let me determine the price of my payment and what I was getting for it. The salesman was very helpful, a gentleman went through the entire car each time and showed me how to work everything, they helped me purchase minutes for the phone, and answered all my questions. The service guys are also very helpful; they treat with you with respect and try to get your car done as quickly as possible. As far as some of the negative reviews I have read, I would never in a million years buy a car (especially used) on line and would never pay for something I had not personally seen and driven. It is unfortunate that some consumers feel the need to blame a dealership for their own mistakes. I found the salesmen at Sundance to be very professional, not pushy, and have been satisfied with each and every person I have dealt with there.
Pros: great selection, ability to get what you want elsewhere
Cons: Lots of paperwork; not the dealer's fault though
